    Refund Policy

    1. Overview

      CarryNexus provides digital gaming-related services, including boosting, coaching, and in-game assistance.

      Due to the nature of these digital services, purchases are generally considered final once work has started.

      Refund requests may only be reviewed under the conditions outlined below to ensure fairness for both customers and service providers.

    2. Refund Eligibility

      You may be eligible for a refund if:

      • Your payment was successfully completed, but the requested boosting, coaching, or in-game service has not yet started or been delivered
      • A duplicate payment was accidentally made for the same order
      • The transaction was unauthorized or identified as fraudulent
    3. Non-Refundable Situations

      Refunds will not be provided if:

      • The requested service has already been partially or fully completed
      • You decide to cancel or are dissatisfied after confirming the order and after work has already begun
    4. How to Request a Refund

      To request a refund, you must:

      • Send an email to contact@carrynexus.com within 7 days of placing the order
      • Include your Order ID together with a clear explanation of the issue
    5. Refund Processing Time

      Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved:

      • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days
      • The refunded amount will be returned through the original payment method used for the purchase
